Guidelines for Submitting Material
Written Material: Feature articles run 2,000-3,000 words. News items are often short as 200-300 words.
Format: Submit articles in Microsoft Word or rich text format only. CD's and diskettes (3 1/2 inch) are acceptable or may be sent as an attachement to an email to jVanLand@aol.com.
Photos: Black-and-white or color photos are acceptable. Instant photos are not acceptable. Digital photos are preferred in a 300 resolution in jpeg format. Send digital photos on a CD, a diskette or by email to jVanLand@aol.com. When mailing original photos, use an adhesive label, mark the back of the photograph, list the names of the persons picutred in the photograph and your name and mailing address. Photos will be returned if this information is available.
