Members Survey
This survey has been created by the Strategic Planning committee in order to inquire of the membership ideas of ways to increase the membership's involvement in the IAWP. We invite members to contribute to IAWP by utilizing your skills, talents, experiences and activities.
We ask that you take a few minutes to answer this short survey and return your responses to Robin Matthews, Strategic Planning Committee member and IAWP Board member (Region 10 Coordinator).
The link below will open the survey which is in Rich Text Format. You may double click on the link to open the document in any word processing application or you may place you mouse on top of it and right click to open a menu. From the menu select "Save target as" and select the location on your computer to save the file "survey_r.rtf"
Once saved on your computer you may open the file and complete the survey Upon completion please attached your completed survey to an email addressed to RLM2214A@aol.com.
